Bacardi 151 rum
Malibu coconut rum
6 oz pineapple jello
1 cup water
Preparation Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil in a medium pan. Stir the pineapple jello packet into the water. Remove from heat and let cool. Once the mix is cooled you can add the Malibu rum and the Bacardi 151 to taste. (Try 1/2 cup of each as a general starting point). Be careful with the 151 this stuff is strong, go on the lighter side (smaller amount) if unfamiliar with 151. Pour into 2 oz cups. You can get very small plastic cups at most party stores. Place all into refrigerator to chill until firm like jello. You can place them in the freezer if you are short on time.
