1/2 fifth dark rum
1 qt Cream (half and half)
1/4 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 lb brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup vanilla extract
1 pint whipped cream

Preparation Instructions:
Pour whipping cream into a large (punch) bowl. Whip until it starts to thicken. Add the two large eggs. Whip until mixed and consistant. Add rum, vanilla and 1 quart of Half-and-Half. Mix well. Sprinkle cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Mix very lightly. Serve
