2 cc of water
2 small cubes of ice
Turnip juice -preferably hot (ie: with spices)

Preparation Instructions:
Pour the raki into the aperitif glass, then add the water and put the ice cubes on top. Warning: Never put the ice before the water, or the raki will get crystalized. Pour the turnip juice (cold) into another aperitif glass.
