Preparation Instructions:
Remove all the insides of the mango fruit. Chop and put into blender, discarding the pit and outer skin. Peel and core the apple. Cut into small pieces and also put into blender. Process until smooth. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp into blender. Add orange juice and Echinacea then again blend until smooth. Thin mixture with a little mineral water. Garnish with slices of mango to decorate.
