1 1/2 oz Diamante aged tequila
2 oz tamarind pulp
1 dash fresh lime juice
salt
Chile Piqions
Preparation Instructions:
Blend the Tequila, Tamarind and Fresh Lime juice with the fresh ice. Rim the highball glass with salt (optional) and chile piquin mixture. Garnish with Tamarind seed.
