Blackberry and Champagne Crush Recipe

6 oz blackberries
1 tbsp powdered sugar icing
2 tbsp cognac
8 fl oz champagne or sparkling wine (chilled)
Preparation Instructions:
In a food processor Puree the blackberries. Push the fresh puree through a sieve, and add the sugar. Pour the brandy into two tall glasses. Put the puree into the food processor again and add the sparkling wine or champagne and blend for 2-3 seconds but no more. Pour into the glasses and serve immediately.

This is an amazing drink for parties.
