Corner Store Egg Cream Recipe

2/3 cup ice cold seltzer water
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1/3 cup ice cold milk
Preparation Instructions:
Put chocolate syrup in bottom of a 12 ounce glass. Add milk and stir. Slowly add seltzer, stirring quickly, but no more than necessary to get a good head going.
