Pina Colada Recipe

3 oz Light rum
3 tbsps Coconut milk
3 tbsps Crushed Pineapple
Preparation Instructions:
Place light rum, coconut milk, and crushed pineapple into blender with two cups crushed ice. Blend on high speed for a few seconds or until blended smooth. Pour into a colada glass or Collins glass and serve with a straw. Garnish with pineapple wedge. Decorate with an umbrella.
