How to Make Extreme Pumpkins

We are always inspired by stories were people are doing what most call the American Dream or as we here at Mixed Drink World like to call it living the dream . Though we are not sure that they are making a killing yet but Tom Nardone the creator of ExtremePumkins.com is sure having fun. He started a little website about pumpkins and the complete art of carving the extreme pumpkin. They have contests every year to find those truly rare carvings that are among the extreme. On their site contest winners pictures go back as far as 2003 to present.

Tom Wrote a new book called what other than Extreme Pumpkins, it published on Penguin Publishing. It was just release this september and available now in most bookstores. Since the book published he said they have had good sales. With the publisher ordering another round of almost 10,000. The book sales for only $11.16 dollars. He has posted on his site he makes 6% profit if you purchase it from amazon and another $0.78 from the authors commission.

Since the book has come out Tom has been asked to be on Regis and Kelly on Thursday the 25th. Fellow guests include Rene Zelwegger and The Bare Naked Ladies. He said "This will be my biggest TV gig yet. I am working some other gigs as well, we will see what happens"

The Travel channel is also doing a spot on his work. The special will be called "Halloween's Most Extreme" and should air on the 27th on the travel channel. Not bad for a pumpkin head.
