Also, Vodka is of great importance to the Russians since it is used at religious function because they believed that the drink was spiritual - Everyone at events was made to drink from one big cup. The imperial banquet doesn’t begin without first serving bread and Vodka since the seventeenth century; this only shows how high the Russians regard it.
Initially, Potatoes was the major ingredient used in the production of Vodka, but later it was discovered that grains were better, so all distillers now use grains around the world for the production of Vodka. It is distilled several times and filtered to give an excellent finish.
